Wind! There’s always wind!

Wind! There’s always wind! Running near the downtown towers and along the river downtown seems to mean running into the wind most of the time. Not some of the time, but most of the time.

You would think that 50% of the time the wind would be at your back since you change directions and eventually come back to the start. Or you could assume the wind can come from 4 directions so it should only be in your face 25% of the time. But there are more than 4 directions so the wind should come at you even less than that. But no, where ever there is a runner the wind seems to conspire against that poor soul.

I need to rework my wind coping measures. They aren’t working.
