Doing anything everyday for a month can be pretty tough. When we were 6, it was brushing our teeth. At some point we learned to change our socks everyday (but not all habits stick for all of us). It is funny that eating every day doesn’t seem to pose such challenges.
How about running? That’s my challenge for myself in December. Every day. For at least 1 mile. No matter the weather. And no matter what time of evening I finally remember that I forgot to do it that day.
Hopefully it will kick start my training for January.
Tonight though, since it is not December yet I think I will just lay on the couch
